Welcome to florian4rent.sk. Before you begin using our website, we recommend that you carefully read these Personal Data Processing Rules, which govern how we process the personal data you provide.
- Introduction
Your privacy is important to us. We therefore strive to ensure a high level of protection for your personal data during its processing and to maintain transparency in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, repealing Directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter the “GDPR”).
For the purposes of the GDPR, the controller determining the purpose and scope of the processing of personal data provided through any of the functions of this website is Alto Real Estate j. s. a., with its registered office at Bottova 1/1, 811 09 Bratislava – Staré Mesto city district, Company ID No.: 54 331 617, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sja, Insert No. 207/B (hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”). If you have any questions concerning the processing of personal data obtained from you through any function of this website, or if you wish to exercise any of the rights under the GDPR listed below, please contact us in writing at the Controller’s registered-office address stated above or electronically at gdpr@altorealestate.sk.
- Collection of Personal Data
These Rules apply to the processing of personal data that we obtain directly from you through: (a) completion of the contact form; (b) a request to receive newsletters; (c) the provision of feedback; and (d) personal data that you provide to us by telephone or e-mail using the contact details made available on this website.
While you use this website, we may also collect cookies. More information about the use of cookies on our website can be found here.
- Personal Data We Process About You
For the purposes specified below in Section 4 of these Rules, we process the personal data of:
- individuals interested in purchasing apartments or purchasing or leasing non-residential premises in the Controller’s real-estate projects;
- individuals interested in receiving information about the Controller’s current offerings within its real-estate projects; and
- individuals whom the Controller wishes to contact for the purpose of carrying out its marketing activities.
However, we process the personal data obtained in accordance with the principle of data minimisation enshrined in the GDPR. We therefore process it only to the extent necessary and within the following scope: first name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number.
The personal data processed by us does not include special categories of personal data under the GDPR or the personal data of persons under 16 years of age.
It is very important that the personal data we process about you is accurate and up to date. Please inform us if your personal data changes while it is being processed.
- Purposes for Which We Process Your Personal Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- to communicate with you and to respond or provide feedback regarding an expression of interest or enquiry submitted by you through any function of this website or by using the contact details published on this website;
- for marketing purposes and to carry out our lawful marketing activities; and
- to administer and protect this website.
If we process your personal data for direct marketing in the form of newsletters containing news and information about offerings in our real-estate portfolio that we believe may interest you, we always give you the opportunity to unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive the newsletter at any time in the future.
- Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data
The processing of your personal data for the purposes described above in Section 4(a) (i.e. communication based on your expressed interest) and Section 4(b) (i.e. our marketing activities) is based on our legitimate interests: (i) in actively communicating with individuals who express an interest in properties from our real-estate portfolio; and (ii) in effectively marketing and promoting our business activities and real-estate portfolio. Although our legitimate interests constitute the legal basis for processing your personal data, we always respect and give precedence to your rights and interests over our own interests.
When personal data is processed for the purpose of administering and protecting this website, the legal basis is also our legitimate interest in ensuring the provision of IT services and maintaining security.
The processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests arises from Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. However, you have the right to object to this processing of your personal data at any time. For this purpose, you may contact us at any time in writing at our registered-office address stated in the introduction to these Rules or by e-mail at gdpr@altorealestate.sk. We will carefully assess every objection and inform you of the outcome.
- Period for Which We Process Your Personal Data
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was obtained. Your personal data is processed for three years from the date on which it was obtained. We regularly review the processing period. Once it expires, we will cease processing the personal data and erase or otherwise dispose of it.
- Sharing Your Personal Data With Third Parties
In accordance with the processing purposes specified in these Rules, your personal data is also processed through third parties.
These third parties are service providers whose services we use to process your personal data for the purposes set out in these Rules. Specifically, these are services connected with technical and software support and with the administration of the marketing and sales activities of the Controller and of the companies through which the Controller develops, constructs and leases properties within individual real-estate projects.
One such third party is Dreamer s. r. o., with its registered office at Bottova 1/1, 811 09 Bratislava – Staré Mesto city district, Company ID No.: 50 608 037, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No. 120215/B, through which the Controller carries out property development, construction and leasing. The Controller has entered into personal data processing agreements with its processors.
A company providing website support and marketing communication services under an agreement with Dreamer s. r. o. also participates in the processing of your personal data as a sub-processor.
In connection with cookies for which consent is not required under the Cookie Policy (linked above), the following companies act as our processors:
- Google Ireland Ltd., with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, D04 E5W5, Ireland, Company Registration Number (CRO): 368047, in connection with the processing of analytics cookies through the Google Analytics platform;
- Facebook Ireland Ltd., with its registered office at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, Company Registration Number (CRO): 462932, in connection with the processing of analytics cookies through the Facebook Pixel platform.
The Controller has entered into personal data processing agreements with the processors.
The processors and sub-processor are obliged to process your personal data exclusively for the purposes described in these Rules. Your data is not disclosed to third parties for their independent use or for processing beyond the purposes set out in these Rules.
- International Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union. The software system in which your personal data is processed under a licence agreement between the Controller and the software-system provider is hosted on the provider’s servers located in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
- Your Rights in Connection With the Processing of Your Personal Data
The GDPR grants you a broad range of rights, which we respect and allow you to exercise in full. In exercising your rights, you are entitled in particular to:
- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and a description of how we use that personal data;
- request the rectification of the personal data we hold about you if you believe it may be inaccurate, outdated or incorrect;
- request the erasure of personal data we process about you where we process your data on the basis of consent;
- request that your personal data, which we process by automated means on the basis of your consent, be provided to a third party;
- request that we restrict the use of your personal data or the purpose of its processing in certain limited circumstances; and
- object, in certain circumstances, to the processing of your personal data, as we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests.

We aim to answer any questions you may have and resolve any complaint relating to the processing of your personal data. However, if you believe that we have not resolved your complaint, please note that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
These Personal Data Processing Rules may be supplemented or amended unilaterally at any time.
