To maintain comfort, the one-room and one-and-a-half-room apartments are intended primarily for individuals. Two-room apartments are intended for individuals or couples. Three-room apartments offer comfortable space for a family of up to three.

Once you fill in the contact form, you will be contacted by our sales representative, who will go through any additional questions with you and, if you are interested, schedule an apartment viewing.

The building has an underground garage with access from inside the building. A parking space can be additionally rented for any apartment at any time for €150 per month.

The apartments are fully furnished with designer furniture and premium-brand appliances, including a washing machine and a TV.

Unfortunately, keeping pets is not permitted in our apartments.

The standard lease term is 12 months. If needed, we can also offer a lease from 3 months, however at a higher price due to increased administrative costs.

The rent includes an extra cellar storage unit, internet and TV connection, as well as tenant liability insurance.

Advance payments for utilities and services related to the lease are paid together with the rent every month. Costs are then settled once a year.

Yes, a deposit equal to two months' rent must be paid before moving in. If, at the end of the lease, you hand over the apartment without damage beyond normal wear and tear, we will return the deposit to you in full.

There are no additional administrative fees associated with the lease. However, if changes to the contract are requested, payment of fees may be required.

Rent payments are made by bank transfer against issued invoices, which you will receive at the email address stated in the contract.

The tenant must be at least 18 years old and meet the internal requirements set by our management. You will be informed of any specific restrictions during the rental application process.

You can contact our service team, who will try to help you as quickly as possible. In case of emergencies, you will be able to use a 24/7 emergency service. You will receive both contacts when signing the lease agreement.

The garage and the shared bicycle room are secured by a CCTV system. There is a video intercom at the main entrance to the building.
